Tasks

  • “Add a task to send the proposal to Acme by Friday”
  • “Mark the Acme proposal done”
  • “Make it urgent and give it to Sarah”
  • “What’s on my plate today?”
  • “What’s overdue on the website project?”
Tasks have a status, priority, due and start dates, labels and an assignee. They can also have:
  • Subtasks: “Add ‘book venue’ under the offsite task”
  • Comments and mentions: “Comment on the launch task: @Sarah the copy is ready”
  • Files: “Attach this photo to the plumber task”
  • Dependencies: “The launch waits for QA”
  • Repeats: “Make ‘send invoices’ monthly”
  • Favorites, to keep the ones you use close.
Deleted and archived tasks can be restored.

Many tasks at once

  • “Move everything overdue to next Monday”
  • “Assign all the website tasks to Noa”
Your agent changes them in one step and asks for one approval if any is needed.

Projects

  • “Start a project for the kitchen renovation”
  • “Add a Waiting on client column to the website project”
  • “Duplicate the onboarding project for the Levi account”
  • “How’s the website project looking?”
See any project as a board, list, table, calendar or timeline. Save filtered views: “Save a view of my urgent tasks.”

Teams, activity and notifications

Group people into teams and give projects to a team. Every project has an activity log (“What changed on the website this week?”), and the notifications inbox in the web app shows mentions, assignments and updates meant for you.
