Your agent lives on one WhatsApp number, +1 415 406 7709, and in the web app. Whatever you say on one, it remembers on the other.

Messages and voice notes

Write the way you’d write to a person. Short or long, any language, typos fine. Your agent reacts with an emoji the moment your message arrives, so you know it’s on it, and replies when the work is done. Long answers come split into readable messages. Send a voice note instead of typing. Your agent transcribes it and acts on it. Voice notes you attach to a client or task stay searchable: “What does the voice note on Dana’s row say?”

Photos and files

Send photos, PDFs, spreadsheets and documents. Your agent reads them and files them where they belong: a receipt to expenses, a contract on the client’s row, a list of shipments into a table. Files it makes for you come back as real files in the chat, not links. See Documents and files. Ask for a contact and you get a real contact card you can tap to save: “Send me Dana’s contact.”

Voice replies

Your agent can answer with a voice note too.
  • “Record me a summary of today”
  • “Use a male voice and sound calmer”
Pick a male or female voice and the style you like in Settings, or just ask.

Phone calls

When it’s easier to talk, ask your agent to call you.
  • “Call me in a minute about tomorrow’s jobs”
It calls your number, talks with you and does what you agreed on during the call. Afterwards you get a short recap in the chat. A single call can last up to 15 minutes, and calls draw from your monthly usage (see Usage).
Your agent calls you; it doesn’t take incoming calls yet.

Conversation history

Your agent remembers what you talked about, even weeks ago.
  • “What did we decide about the launch yesterday?”
  • “What did Dana say about the price?”

Who your agent talks to

Your agent works for you and talks only with you and the people in your workspace. If someone else messages its number, they get an invitation to sign up for their own agent. It never contacts your clients on its own: when a client needs something from you, your agent gives you a link or a draft to send.
