On an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, the Action Button can talk to your agent. Press and hold it, say what you need, and tap to stop. You never leave the app you’re in: a notification shows what was heard, and your agent answers in your WhatsApp chat, the same as a voice note.

Set it up

  1. Ask your agent on WhatsApp: “Set up my iPhone’s Action Button”. You can also open Settings → Agent → Voice in the web app and choose Set up.
  2. Open the link on your iPhone and tap Add Shortcut. Your key is copied: paste it when the shortcut asks for it, then tap Add Shortcut again.
  3. Open Settings → Action Button on the iPhone, swipe to Shortcut and choose LVLZ.
  4. Press and hold the Action Button and speak.
On an iPhone without an Action Button, run the same shortcut from the Home Screen, with Siri or with Back Tap.

What it costs

A recording counts like a voice note you send on WhatsApp, within your plan’s usage (see Usage).

Your key

The shortcut carries a key that only lets it send recordings to your agent. Answers always go to your own WhatsApp, and anything that sends, pays or deletes still waits for your approval. If you think someone else has your key, ask your agent for a new one: “Give me a new Action Button key”. The old shortcut stops working at once, and you add the shortcut again from the new link.
Write to your agent on WhatsApp at least once before using the button: that’s the chat where its answers arrive.
