Your CRM is a set of tables you shape yourself: clients, deals, suppliers, shipments, anything. You fill it by talking, and see it in the web app under Tables.

Tables and fields

  • “What tables do I have?”
  • “Set me up with a sales pipeline”
  • “Add a table for suppliers with a phone field”
  • “Add a birthday field to clients”
When your agent creates a table, it thinks ahead and adds the fields that kind of record usually needs, not only the ones you mentioned. Fields can be text, numbers, money, dates, choices, phone numbers, emails, links to other tables and more. Start from a ready-made template or from scratch.

Records

Tell your agent about a client and it lands in the right table, with the right fields:
  • “New client Dana Levi, 054-1234567, signed a contract for $5,000”
  • “Move the Acme deal to won”
  • “What’s Dana’s phone number?”
  • “Which deals are in negotiation?”
Work with many rows at once:
  • “Add these 30 shipments to the table”
  • “Mark every shipment from last week as delivered”
  • “Send me an Excel of my clients”
If you correct something (“Actually her number ends in 68”), your agent edits the existing record instead of making a new one.

Notes, files and tasks on every row

Every record has a timeline with its notes, files, contracts, voice notes and tasks.
  • “Note on Dana: wants the proposal by Sunday”
  • “Save this contract on Dana’s row”
  • “Remind me to call Dana back on Sunday”

Views

Look at a table as a grid or a board, with filters and sorting. Save the views you use.
  • “Show my deals as a board by stage”
  • “Show only clients from Tel Aviv, newest first”
