## Documents and PDFs

## Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Your agent makes real Office files, in your language and your brand.

* "Make me an Excel of this month's expenses"
* "Send me that contract as a Word file"
* "Make a 5-slide pitch deck for my studio"

Files come back in the chat as files you can open, and a copy stays in your workspace with a link that keeps working.

## Your brand kit

Set your logo, colors and font once in **Settings**, and every document, quote and file uses them.

## Versions

Every edit makes a new version. Go back and forth in one tap, or ask:

* "Add my logo to the quote and lower the price to \$1,800"
* "Go back to the previous version of the quote"
* "Go back to the previous version of the spreadsheet"

In the web app, open a document to step through its versions, edit it by hand, or choose **Edit with** your agent.

## Digital signatures

Your clients sign contracts and forms from their phone. You get the signed PDF and an audit trail.

* "Send the contract to Dana to sign"
* "Cancel the signing link I sent Dana"

## Ask clients for documents

Send a secure upload link with a checklist. What your client uploads goes straight to their record.

* "Ask Dana for her 106 and bank statements"

## Photo editing

* "Remove the background from this photo"
* "Crop it square and make it smaller"

Your agent crops, rotates, resizes and removes backgrounds, and sends the result back as a file.
