# Welcome to LVLZ

> Your agent: a CRM you run by talking. Tell it what happened, and it keeps your clients, work and business in order.

LVLZ is one subscription that gives you a full system and an agent that runs it. You talk to your agent on WhatsApp, by voice note or on a phone call, and it does the work: it saves clients, sends quotes, schedules posts, answers support, books appointments and reminds you what's next. Everything it does shows up in the web app at [app.lvlz.ai](https://app.lvlz.ai), where a real CRM is waiting whenever you want to look.

You don't need to set anything up first. Say what you do ("I'm a hairdresser") and your agent builds the tables, pages and routines a business like yours needs.

## How LVLZ works

* **One agent, every channel.** WhatsApp, phone calls and the web app share one memory. Pick up anywhere.
* **The agent and the app do the same things.** Anything you can do in the web app, you can ask your agent to do in a message, and the other way around.
* **You stay in control.** Payments, messages to someone new, deletions and invitations always wait for your OK. Almost anything can be undone. See [Approvals and undo](/agent/approvals-and-undo.md).
* **Your agent talks only with you.** It never messages your clients on its own. It gives you a link to send, unless you set up an automation or turn on [Business WhatsApp](/marketing/business-whatsapp.md) replies yourself.
