# Sign up

> Start with one WhatsApp message. Your phone number is your account.

LVLZ starts on WhatsApp. There's nothing to download and no password to remember.

**1. Message your agent**

Open [the start link on lvlz.ai](https://lvlz.ai) or message **+1 415 406 7709** on WhatsApp. The first message is filled in for you. Send it.

**2. Confirm your number**

Your agent replies right away and confirms your phone number. That number is now your account.

**3. Tell it about yourself**

Your agent asks a few short questions: your name, what you do and how you like to work. Answer in your own words, in any language. It replies in the language you write in.

## Sign in to the web app

Go to [app.lvlz.ai/login](https://app.lvlz.ai/login) and enter your WhatsApp number. The page gives you a code and a button that opens WhatsApp with the code ready. Send it from the same number and the web app signs you in. On a computer, scan the QR code with your phone instead.

You can also ask your agent: "Send me a link to the app."

If you've added an email address to your account, you can sign in with email too.

## One identity on every channel

Your agent knows you by every number and email you link, and keeps one memory across all of them.

* "Also link my work number"
* "Unlink my old email"

Each new number or email is verified before it's linked. You can see and remove linked identities in the web app under **Settings**.

## Moving from another assistant

If you used another AI assistant on WhatsApp, export that chat and send the file to your agent. It reads your contacts, notes and open items and brings them in. You can also move your data from monday.com, Airtable, GoHighLevel or a spreadsheet. See [Import your data](https://docs.lvlz.ai/crm/import.md).
