# FAQ

> **What is LVLZ?**
>
> A CRM you run by talking. You give your agent a name and tell it what happened or what you need, by text, voice note or phone call. It keeps your clients, quotes, social media, ads, support and projects in order, and everything it does appears in the web app.

> **Do I need to install anything?**
>
> No. You start with one WhatsApp message and keep talking. The web app at [app.lvlz.ai](https://app.lvlz.ai) works in any browser, on your computer or phone. See [Sign up](https://docs.lvlz.ai/get-started/sign-up.md).

> **Which languages does my agent speak?**
>
> Yours. Write in any language and your agent answers in it. Documents, invoices and pages it makes for your clients come out in their language.

> **Will my agent message my clients?**
>
> Not on its own. It gives you a link or a draft to send. The exceptions are the ones you set up yourself: [Business WhatsApp](https://docs.lvlz.ai/marketing/business-whatsapp.md) replies, social [auto-replies](https://docs.lvlz.ai/marketing/social.md#auto-replies-to-comments) and [workflows](https://docs.lvlz.ai/agent/workflows.md).

> **Can it spend money for me?**
>
> Only with your OK. It asks before every payment and every change to ad spend. See [Approvals](https://docs.lvlz.ai/agent/approvals-and-undo.md).

> **Can I undo something my agent did?**
>
> Yes. Ask "Put it back the way it was" or tap undo in the web app. It works for bulk changes too.

> **Can it send me files?**
>
> Yes. PDFs, Excel, Word and PowerPoint files and edited photos come back as files in the chat, and a copy with every version stays in your workspace.

> **How does monthly usage work?**
>
> Each plan has one monthly usage that messages, calls, browsing and files draw from. See [Usage](https://docs.lvlz.ai/billing/usage.md).

> **What happens after the trial?**
>
> Your agent sends you a payment link. Nothing is charged automatically: it pauses its work until you pick a plan and pay. See [Plans](https://docs.lvlz.ai/billing/plans.md).

> **Can I use LVLZ from Claude or ChatGPT?**
>
> Yes, over MCP. See [Use LVLZ from AI apps](https://docs.lvlz.ai/connect/mcp-server.md).

> **Where are my passwords and cards stored?**
>
> In an encrypted vault. The browser on the server fills them in, so the AI model never sees the values. See [Security](https://docs.lvlz.ai/security.md).
