# Import your data

> Bring in spreadsheets, or move everything over from monday.com, Airtable, GoHighLevel or another assistant.

## Spreadsheets

Send a CSV or Excel file to your agent, or upload it in the web app under **Settings → Import**.

* "Import this spreadsheet as tasks"
* "Add this list to my clients table"

Your agent maps the columns to your fields and shows you what it will bring in before it saves anything.

## One-click moves

Move everything from another tool in one step: boards, tables, columns and rows.

* **monday.com**
* **Airtable**
* **GoHighLevel**

Ask "Move everything over from monday" and your agent sends a link to connect the account. You can also ask what's there first: "What's in my Airtable?"

Imported rows remember where they came from, so running the move again updates them instead of making duplicates.

## From another AI assistant on WhatsApp

Export the chat from WhatsApp (on iPhone it's a .zip, on Android a .txt) and send the file to your agent. It finds your contacts, notes and open items, shows you what it found, and brings them into your tables and tasks.

## Undo an import

Every import can be undone: "Undo the last import."
