# Live client links

> Send a client a page that follows their delivery, order or project and updates itself.

A live client link is a page you send to a client. It shows the status of their delivery, order or project and updates by itself whenever the record changes. No login needed on their side.

* "Send Dana a tracking link for her delivery"
* "Make tracking links for all of today's deliveries"
* "Did the client open the tracking link?"
* "Stop the tracking link for Dana's delivery"

Your agent gives you the link to forward. It doesn't message your client itself.

Links are short, like `lvlz.ai/l/abc123`, and you can see when a client opened one.
