# Monthly usage

> One monthly usage covers messages, calls, browsing and files. No separate message limits.

Every plan comes with one monthly usage. Everything your agent does draws from it: messages, voice notes, calls, browser tasks, files and connected accounts. There's no separate limit per message type.

* "How much have I used this month?"

The web app shows your usage as a percentage of your plan.

## What uses more

* **Phone calls**: a minute in the US or Canada uses about as much as 5 messages, and a minute to Israel about 16. A single call lasts up to 15 minutes.
* **A more powerful model** that you choose in settings uses your usage faster. The web app shows how much faster.
* **Browser tasks** use usage for every minute the browser runs.

## When you run low

Your agent tells you when you've used most of your month. If you run out, it offers:

* **Extra usage** for a one-time **\$10** (about 250 more messages, until your plan renews), or
* a bigger plan.

When usage runs out, routines, workflows and check-ins pause until you add more or your plan renews. Your reminders still arrive.
