# Personalize your agent

> Give your agent a name, a look, a personality and a voice.

Your agent is yours. Name it, design how it looks and tell it how to talk.

## Name

* "From now on your name is Max"

The name shows in the web app's chat header and your agent uses it when it talks about itself.

## Look

In the web app your agent appears as a small robot character. Its face follows its work: thinking, busy, happy when something's done.

* "Make yourself purple with a round head"
* "Lose the antenna"

You can also design it by hand at the top of **Settings → Agent**.

## Personality

Set the tone, length and emoji you like.

* "Be shorter and skip the emoji"
* "Be more formal with me"
* "Always answer in Hebrew"

Personality changes are standing instructions, so your agent confirms them with you first (see [Approvals](https://docs.lvlz.ai/agent/approvals-and-undo.md)).

## Voice

Choose a male or female voice and a speaking style for voice notes and calls. See [Voice replies](https://docs.lvlz.ai/agent/talking.md#voice-replies).

## Model

LVLZ runs on its own AI model by default, tuned for speed and cost. On Pro and Business you can pick a different model for each kind of task: chat, planning, writing documents and browsing.

* "Use a faster model"

Each task can fall back to another model if the first one is unavailable, and you can cap how much a task may cost. More powerful models use your monthly usage faster, and the web app shows how much faster. See [Usage](https://docs.lvlz.ai/billing/usage.md).
