# Approvals and undo

> What your agent asks before doing, and how to put anything back.

Your agent acts quickly on everyday work, and stops to ask before anything that's hard to take back or that reaches outside your workspace.

## What needs your OK

These are checked in LVLZ's own code before the action runs, so nothing your agent reads on a web page or in a file can talk it past them:

| Rule | When it asks |
| - | - |
| **New recipients** | Before it writes to someone for the first time |
| **Payments** | Before it pays for anything or changes ad spend |
| **Deletions** | Before it deletes data |
| **Invitations** | Before it invites someone into your workspace |
| **Standing instructions** | Before it creates or changes anything that keeps acting on its own: routines, workflows and its own style instructions |

On WhatsApp an approval comes with buttons. Tap one, or just reply "yes" or "no". In the web app it appears as a card in the chat.

You can turn some of these rules off in **Settings**, under approvals. Changes to ad budgets always ask, whatever your settings.

## Undo anything

Changed your mind? Ask your agent to put it back, or tap undo in the web app. It works for single edits and for bulk changes.
